All of you may ask yourselves these questions from time to time. Likely you come up with different answers about hopes.

As you all know the structure of a human is made from spirit and body, and both of them have a serious need to be hopeful and the ability to be cheerful. If you think about something in an optimistic way, it can give meaning to your life
Hope means to want something to happen or for it to be true. Or simply you can say that hope is an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one’s life or the world.
I can tell a short story about my daily life and those experiences which I achieved, which reflects such optimism.
I am a student in the public health field of Kabul University of Medical Science. When I was accepted into this field it was a tremendous event in my life. But, I experienced very many difficulties at that time and I did not have enough encouragement from my family. But I was so optimistic for my better future.
Before this government, I was a teacher in one of the best courses of English language. I had a lot of students and my students gave me positivity. Now the present government is preventing all the girls from learning and developing. The present situation is very unbearable for every Afghan girls. But I know that Allhumdu-lillah, we are Muslims and Allah would never leave us alone – the best is yet to come.
One thing which I have learned from life is that it is possible to identify one key area of your life that you have created with your own thinking and change your thinking in that area to be more successful. You can do this, even in the most challenging of times.
